Nestorville, West Virginia

Hello again, everyone! It's been eating at me that we don't really know if we actually walked all the way across America and we've been wearing our RonKeeLarStrom shirts all over the place, so I am resurrecting the Walk Across America updates. Let's see if we really made it! But just to let you know, I'm not going to worry about fonts and colors and lots of fun facts...I mostly just want to see if we made it. Let's have a look at this week's update!

This update is from May 11 through May 17...of 2007.

Total Steps: 243,065, which is 97 miles.

Top three walkers: Mom (70,425 steps), Keith (70,000 steps), and Dad (63,742 steps).

Where we were: 47 miles past Wilsonburg, West Virginia

We walked 37 miles and made it to Nestorville, West Virginia...it's a very picturesque town.

Then we walked 60 more miles and got within 10 miles Streby, West Virginia, but didn't quite make it.

To sum up:

Miles walked this week 97 miles

Where we are: 60 miles past Nestorville, West Virginia

Where we're going: Streby West Virginia

Even though we're not wearing pedometers and logging our steps each week anymore, let's all resolve to walk a little more this week! Just Keep on a goin'!!
