week 23--Lawrence Kansas! (and Leawood)

Hi, walkers! I’m behind a week, so here’s our update for two weeks ago. And don’t forget, it’s John’s birthday today!! So wish him a happy birthday. Steps
This week we walked 283,500 steps, which is 114 miles.

Top Walkers
Our top walker this past week is Cassidy, with 60,000 steps. Next is Keith, with 49,161 steps. And our third place walker is Mom, with 46,491 steps.


Where are we now?
As you recall, last time we were 106 miles past Herington, Kansas, in the middle of nowhere.

So this week we walked 21 miles and got to Lawrence, Kansas! This is the city that Holli & John may be moving to, so look around. Tell us what you think about this place. Look how pretty it is there:

Then we walked 52 miles and got to Leawood, Kansas. It’s a decent sized town for Kansas, but we don’t really care about it. We’re too excited about Lawrence!

Then we walked 41 more miles and got nowhere, BUT, next week we will be in Missouri! So look at us go!
