Week 21 -- All over Kansas

Hi, walkers! Here’s the update from last week.

Steps
This week we walked 386,934 steps, which is 155 miles.

Top Walkers
Our top walker this week is Mom, with 63,392 steps. Next is Keith, with 62,916 steps. And our third place walker is John, with 49,341 steps. And Cassidy was so close, with 49,054 steps, that she gets an honorable mention.

Where are we now?
As you recall, last time we were 43 miles past Dodge City, Kansas, in the middle of nowhere.

So this week we walked 10 miles and got to Kinsley, Kansas. “Where neighbors visit across the fence.” Sounds cozy…Population 1,658. And their downtwon is no Overton, but it looks okay:

Then we walked 56 miles and got to Great Bend, Kansas. The city that is "Open for Business." Whatever that means…Also, it boasts the ‘World’s Third Pizza Hut.’ Wow.

Then we walked 75 miles and got to McPherson, Kansas. “McPherson, Kansas is one of the best places to live in rural America” (besides Overton, of course!)

Then we walked 14 miles past McPherson, and there we stayed.
