Week 22--Herington, Kansas

Hi, walkers! Here’s the update from last week. Just so you know, James is without a pedometer again, so we’ve got to get him back on the walking team!

Steps
This week we walked 372,486 steps, which is 150 miles.

Top Walkers
Our top walker this week is Mom, with 58,000 steps. Next is Keith, with 55,000 steps. And our third place walker is Cassidy, with 52,872 steps.


Where are we now?
As you recall, last time we were 14 miles past McPherson, Kansas, in the middle of nowhere.

So this week we walked 44 miles and got to Herington, Kansas. This city has 2,563 people. That’s really all there is to say about Herington. You can find a history of the town here.

Then we walked 106 miles past Herington and got really close to Lawrence, but not quite there…! Next week we’ll definitely be there, checking out the city to see if Holli and John want to move there (and to entice you to come visit us if we do!)
